With current market cap of $21 bln, we strongly believe that we have everything to achieve the targeted value by the end of 2023.

This will be achieved through a full-fledged entry into the markets of Latin America, North Africa, as well as business development in Central and South Africa.

IPO by the end of 2024

Preparatory work in this direction began at the end of 2019. If not for the global pandemic, which caused serious damage to the global economy and, in particular, the securities market, our plans would have already been implemented.

However, the due diligence procedure should be completed in the 4th quarter of 2023.

Agricultural 'Silicon Valley' in the heart of Agra, India

Innovation is the key to success in any industry. Just look at the success of Silicon Valley in California - it is it that is the cradle of the vast majority of all technologies that looked innovative yesterday, and today are, in fact, the standard.

Our goal is to form a similar cluster in our home state, Agra. The only difference from the American example will be the specialization in agriculture and high technologies used specifically in agribusiness. Our initial goal is to form a cluster of 20 start-ups and a high-tech agricultural university.

2nd largest Seed Bank in the World

The number one Seed Vault is now located in Svalbard, Norway. It holds seeds of more than 4000 plants species. We at PURA are deeply convinced that we must do everything to increase the world seed fund.

That is why we are currently preparing a facility with an area of more than 3,000 square meters, located at a depth of 250+ meters and equipped with the most modern systems of protection against external damage. This is the minimum contribution that we make to ensure the future of our distant descendants.
